1st day: Familiarisation with the PPE, Ascending & Descending.
2st day: Team equipment, Knots, Mechanical advantages, Anchor Points and Litter attending low angle.
3st day: In low angle: Personal ascending & Descending, Ascending victim & rescuer, & Litter management.
